RapidChart

How it works

Four steps. Nothing extra between patients.

  1. Interview on your phone

Talk with each patient as you normally would. Room to room, one note per encounter.

  2. Receive a draft

RapidChart turns the encounter into a structured draft note.

  3. Review and edit

Read it, correct it, confirm what the app asks you to confirm. Nothing is final until you say so.

  4. Copy once into the chart

Open the finished note on the RapidChart web page and copy it once. Then the next patient.

TODO Confirm with George and Security: the web page for copying notes is a later companion to the app and will show patient notes, so it waits for the hosting and authentication design. Keep wording general until then.

A fictional sample.
