Questions

Short answers.

What is RapidChart?

RapidChart is an iOS app, with a companion web page, that helps clinicians draft patient notes from interviews. You review each note before using it.

Who is it for?

Clinicians in any field who talk with patients and write notes. See Specialties.

How do I use it?

Interview patients on your phone room to room, review the draft note, then copy each note once into the chart. See How it works.

Do I have to review the note?

Yes. RapidChart produces a draft. The clinician reviews, edits and is responsible for the final note.

How much does it cost?

The basic plan is $25, which includes an estimated 50–60 notes. The price is $25; the note count is an estimate because notes vary by type. When you run out, you can buy more credits or upgrade to a higher plan. See Pricing.

What happens when I run out of notes?

Buy more credits, or upgrade to a higher plan.
